Details include a scooped, off-the-shoulder neckline adorned with ruffles and rosettes, an empire waistline with back zipper and a frilly three layer skirt. The second skirt layer is tiered with ruffles and the outer layer is bustled with rosette detail. All of the ruffles (on both the skirt and neckline) feature lettuce hems that are stitched with red cotton.
