MY STORY This is such a fun and flirty second look dress. The Patsy Mini is an early 70s cotton piece featuring a scooped neckline, lace up corset bodice, an empire waist, back zipper and a thick ruffle hem. There is a band of ivory lace down the front middle of this dress. Note: the lace on the hem is sheer so we would recommend wearing a slip underneath.
