MY STORY Super cute and simple late 1960s mini dress with appliqué floral lace panel detail. The Kelsey Mini features a boat neckline, short sleeves, an empire waist and a zipper up the back. The skirt, cuffs and waistline feature floral lace panels and the back includes a cute white satin bow. The dress is lined but we would recommend wearing a slip under it as well!
